Does FashItUp have retail stores or shops anywhere?
No. FashItUp is a purely online company. We create and curate stunning designs which are meant to make you smile and feel comfortable as well as stylish at the same time.
Do you do international shipping?
No. We deliver within India only.
Do you charge for shipping within India?
No, within India shipping is free for most locations (except difficult to reach areas)
How long will it take for shipments to reach within India?
Usually, it takes 7 days of time from the date of dispatch, for shipments to reach within India.
What if I order multiple products?
If you order multiple products with different dispatch dates, all the products are shipped as one shipment, once all products in your order are ready.
What if I want any changes/cancellation of an existing order?
As per our policy, we do not make any changes to the orders once placed. Further, orders once placed cannot be cancelled/exchanged or refund.
Are the colours of products shown on the website accurate?
Our screens are turned differently and colors that you see on your screen may be close but not exactly the same, as the product.
Is Customisation in silhouette available?
Basic customisation like adding of sleeves or increasing/ decreasing the length is possible. No major changes in the design or style can be done.
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once the payment for the order has been credited in our account, you will be notified with a confirmation email and an SMS of Order Receipt. After the Order Confirmation, we will process the order within 5-15 days and send you tracking details. Orders are packed and shipped between Mondays and Fridays, excluding public holidays. In case any order is placed on Saturday, Sunday or any public holiday, the same will be processed and shipped on the next business days.
